Clinical Criteria
We continue with the use of both:
- Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) and the Children and Adolescents Level of Care Utilization System (CALOCUS)
- American Society of Addiction Medicine Placement (ASAM) criteria.
These criteria are monitored on a regular basis and updated anually based on changes from each of the above national organizations. Please see the links to PDFs of these forms on this page.
